to oversee projects from inception to completion.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations on commercial construction sites
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
• Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, and resources to meet deadlines
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
• Oversee budgeting and cost-control processes
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards
• Use project management software for documentation and team collaboration
• Communicate clearly with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Prepare and deliver progress updates to stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a superintendent in
  commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction management principles
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools and techniques
• Strong blueprint and plan-reading abilities
• Excellent organizational and cost-management skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing on-site teams
• Familiarity with commercial construction quality control processes

Preferred Experience

• Commercial construction: 3+ years
• Industrial construction: 3+ years
• Residential construction: 3+ years
