Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our skincare and supplement products.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales goals and expand market presence.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with retail partners, healthcare providers, or other B2B clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and increase product awareness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and upselling additional products when appropriate.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within the skincare, supplements, or health & wellness industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and closing sales deals.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience with retail sales or inside sales is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and management responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
