We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team at Beyond Care Therapy in Missouri. This remote position offers flexibility, strong administrative support, and a unique opportunity to significantly influence our clinical systems and culture by becoming the clinical director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage our ABA team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Shape and enhance clinical systems and practices to align with our organizational goals.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting professional development and clinical excellence.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Engage with clients and families to assess needs and tailor treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support the growth and expansion of our services.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in behavior analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
