We're looking for an accomplished leader to be a key player in developing and scaling the platform that manages our coast-to-coast operations, service delivery, and customizable employee appreciation programs.
As an Equity Partner, you will have a direct stake in our growth and success.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain
  high-quality, scalable software solutions that power our end-to-end service delivery—from client booking and scheduling to provider management and customized corporate dashboards.
• Serve as a technical leader
  in integrating seamlessly with internal and third-party systems, ensuring frictionless service delivery and reporting.
• Collaborate closely
  with product managers and business stakeholders to translate unique wellness program needs (like our Tailor-Made Wellness Programs) into robust, well-architected technical features.
• Drive optimization
  efforts for platform performance, reliability, and security as we expand our footprint across the nation and within high-profile partners in Metro Atlanta .

What You'll Bring:
Core Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
  developing and deploying scalable, production-ready applications.
• Expert-level foundation
  in data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Demonstrated architectural expertise
  in a modern full-stack environment:
• Frontend:
  TypeScript and
• Backend:
  Python (FastAPI) or Java (Spring Boot).
• Database:
  PostgreSQL (deep optimization knowledge required).
• Cloud/DevOps:
  Extensive experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Expertise
  building and consuming robust RESTful APIs and modern communication protocols.
