Sushi Chef

We are seeking a skilled and creative Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Japanese cuisine and the ability to create visually appealing and delicious sushi dishes.

If you can work in the kitchen, you may have a chance to work more hours.

• Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri with precision and attention to detail
• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate overall meal production
• Monitor food stock and place orders when needed

• Previous experience working as a Sushi Chef in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques and traditions
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with the kitchen team
