Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently.
- Check guests in and out swiftly while verifying reservation details and processing payments accurately.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating strong guest relations skills to resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and billing information while ensuring confidentiality.
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail when managing reservations, billing, and guest requests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with guest services protocols, hotel experience standards, and hospitality best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest satisfaction and loyalty.
