Are you a personable, hands-on individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are a well-established, family-run carpet and flooring business with a fantastic reputation built over many years - and we’re looking for a reliable and friendly Sales Estimator to join our team!

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Welcoming and advising customers in our busy showroom

• Visiting customers’ homes to measure and plan flooring installations

• Estimating and quoting for jobs in the showroom

• Preparing carpets and materials in the warehouse for fitting days

• Delivering carpets when required

• Handling customer payments and ensuring a smooth buying experience

• Occasionally working additional hours to cover team holidays or sickness

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude

• Confidence with face-to-face sales and home visits

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to get stuck in

• Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of carpets/flooring would be a bonus, but not essential
