Join our vibrant team on the beautiful island of Sanibel Our Dantes and Island Time Bar and Grill location is looking for Food Servers, Bartenders, Bussers and Hostess's. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback promptly and courteously
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly during busy hours, and supporting kitchen staff when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred but will train the right person
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing and billing but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the food industry
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
• Experience in serving, bussing, host/host roles, or food preparation is advantageous
