Senior DBA (Microsoft SQL Server)

Responsibilities:

• Lead installation, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of SQL Server instances.
• Design and operate HA/DR solutions (Failover Cluster Instances, Availability Groups, Replication).
• Optimize T-SQL, indexes, and execution plans; drive release/change management.
• Mentor Junior/Associate DBAs and enhance runbooks/automation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a SQL Server DBA.
• Deep experience with performance tuning and production troubleshooting.
• Hands-on expertise with HA/DR (FCI, AGs, Replication).
• Strong T-SQL and SQL Server internals knowledge.
• SSRS/SSIS administration experience.
• Exposure to cloud (Azure and/or AWS).
