Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager with daily project operations
• Prepare and review
  takeoffs, RFIs, and submittals
• Track invoices, project costs, and change orders
• Assist with bid preparation and subcontractor coordination
• Manage job documentation & reporting in Procore
• Participate in scheduling, pay apps, field visits, and project closeout

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Interest in construction project lifecycle
• Self-starter mindset — eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in both
  field and office settings
