As a Community Support Worker, you will accept those you support for who they are and where they're at. You will provide supports focused on building confidence and independence and the discovery of each person's unique gifts and abilities to be used in the achievement of their identified goals and dreams.   • Assist people in managing their illnesses, learning about their medications, eating nutritiously, and exploring available opportunities within the community.

  • Provide tailored supports to individuals in their homes and in various community settings.
