Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will oversee daily operations, support staff, and maintain high standards of quality and hospitality.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Train, mentor, and support serving staff to maintain excellent customer service and performance standards.
• Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and address any service issues.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting as required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Assist in scheduling, staff assignments, and maintaining inventory of front-of-house supplies.
• Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and restaurant policies to guide both staff and guests effectively.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for leading a team and enhancing the guest experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to lead by example.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
