  • Records data manually or using computer.
  • Verifies inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and

investigates discrepancies or adjusts errors.

  • Keeps records on the use and/or damage of inventory.
  • Examines and inspects stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to

supervisors.

  • Aids or directs other Team Members or managers with maintenance of inventory.
  • Drives trucks/scooters in order to conduct inventory and bay audits.
  • Prepares and maintains records and reports of inventories, shortages, shipments.
  • Prepares and participates in cycle counts.
  • Plans, designs, and improves components of traffic control systems (space planning) to

accommodate current and projected traffic and to increase usability and efficiency of space

in warehouse, when needed.

  • Housekeeping of department/areas.
  • Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.
  • Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.

  • Attendance - Ability to work required schedule and arrive at work on time. Ability and

willingness to work the voluntary/mandatory overtime that is required during the busy

season.

  • Communication - Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally in a courteous

and professional manner with others. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written

instruction.

documents such as rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write

routine reports and correspondence.

  • Paperwork - Completion - Ability to complete necessary paperwork neatly and accurately

and according to established guidelines. Properly count, document or scan the number of

units as needed by the function that is being performed.

  • Paperwork Verification - Ability to verify paperwork necessary to ensure information is

correct.

  • Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
  • Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task and

prioritize tasks. Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

  • Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
  • Research Skills - Ability to design and conduct a systematic, objective, and critical

investigation.
