Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Electrical Project Manager. This entry-level position is designed for someone with a strong interest in electrical project management, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced supervisors and project managers to develop the skills needed to manage electrical installation and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling electrical projects under the guidance of senior managers.
  • Monitor project progress and report on timelines, materials, and workforce needs.
  • Support Field Supervisors in coordinating project activities and resources.
  • Help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Participate in on-site training to learn safety, technical, and project management procedures.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, including daily reports, work plans, and material tracking.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
  • No prior experience necessary; strong interest in electrical work and project management is essential.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained as a project manager and leader.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read basic blueprints or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction from supervisors.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and insurability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $70,000.00 per year
