Driver/Warehouse Associate UDHG

Position Overview

Unified Door and Hardware Group is currently seeking an enthusiastic Driver to support our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles, including up to 26' trucks, in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Deliver materials to customer project sites on time, providing excellent customer service.
• Unload materials at delivery locations and verify deliveries against packing slips.
• Ensure deliveries are handled professionally and courteously, representing the company positively at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. 

General Responsibilities

• Communicate operational challenges and improvement ideas to the manager.
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and assist in other areas as needed to support operational goals.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-year related experience

Requirements

• Candidates must have a valid Driver's License  
• Forklift Experience 
• Computer Experience
• Clean driving and safety record with proven experience 
• Ability to safely lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must have knowledge and understanding of all DOT regulations and safety protocols.
• After receipt of conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass drug screen/physical/background check

Compensation

The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position.  Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market

• Base: $20-$28/Hourly
• Bonus: Not Eligible
