We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to all company policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of warehouse associates, scheduling shifts, delegating tasks, and providing training and guidance. You will play a critical role in maintaining inventory control, optimizing workflows, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. A key focus will be on upholding the highest standards of Safety throughout the warehouse, implementing and enforcing all safety regulations, and conducting regular safety audits. You must be knowledgeable about proper handling of materials, including understanding weight limits for manual Lifting and safe operation of equipment. Your leadership will ensure all team members are provided with and utilize the appropriate PPE . This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in the Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in warehouse management. You will be responsible for performance reviews, motivating your team, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
