Our growing logistics company in Madison, Wisconsin, is looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our team. This role is fundamental to ensuring the efficient movement of goods through our warehouse. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily production goals and maintain a clean and organized work environment. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to Safety are paramount. This position requires the ability to handle various tasks, which may involve significant Lifting of packages and materials, typically up to 50 lbs. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times to ensure your well-being. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
