Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.
- Understand and contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse logistics.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred. Ability to perform tasks requiring significant physical exertion, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Commitment to workplace Safety. Good teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals. Reliability and a positive attitude are essential for success in this logistics role.
