Job Summary:
Become a key player in our fulfillment center as a Fulfillment Associate in the heart of New York City, New York! We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will involve accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, ensuring products reach our clients efficiently and in perfect condition. This role is central to our e-commerce logistics, requiring speed, accuracy, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and workplace Safety.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
  • Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials.
  • Generate shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
  • Process returns and exchanges as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
  • Operate equipment such as scanners, printers, and pallet jacks.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Ability to handle Lifting of various product sizes and weights, up to 50 lbs.
  • Wear required PPE, including safety glasses and gloves, as directed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or retail environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Commitment to Safety and following procedures.
