Join our bustling warehouse operations in St. Louis, Missouri, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to perform a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This role is fundamental to our supply chain efficiency, ensuring that goods are handled with care and processed according to strict timelines. You will be part of a team dedicated to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
- Identify and report any damages or discrepancies in inventory.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Must be able to perform Lifting of up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Wear all required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to Safety first mentality.
- Team player with good communication skills.
