Join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada, as an Inventory Control Specialist! We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. In this vital role within our logistics operations, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, maintaining inventory records, and implementing robust inventory control procedures. Your efforts will directly impact operational efficiency, order accuracy, and cost reduction. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a thorough understanding of inventory management systems (WMS), and a commitment to upholding safety standards. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and comfort with physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs. Strict adherence to safety protocols and the proper utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential. - Performing regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Investigating and resolving all inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Ensuring the WMS is updated accurately and in real-time.
- Analyzing inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and suggest improvements.
- Developing and implementing inventory control policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with warehouse staff and management to optimize stock rotation and storage.
- Ensuring a secure and organized inventory environment.
- Supporting shipping and receiving processes with accurate stock information.
