Job Summary:
Join our bustling logistics center as a Picker/Packer in Grand Rapids, Michigan! This role is vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets, inspecting items for quality, and packing them securely for shipment. Success in this role depends on speed, accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of Safety and product integrity. As part of our logistics team, you'll contribute directly to customer satisfaction. We emphasize teamwork and adherence to all warehouse Safety regulations. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items and standing for extended periods. We provide all the necessary PPE to ensure your protection throughout your shift.   • Accurately pick products according to order specifications.
  • Verify item details and quantities before packing.
  • Pack orders with appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean and organized picking and packing station.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and wear mandated PPE.
  • Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform regular Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse procedures.
  • Dedication to upholding Safety standards in the workplace.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
