We are hiring an experienced Forklift Operator to join our logistics hub in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials throughout the warehouse, operating various types of forklifts. Your primary duties will include loading and unloading trucks, staging products for shipment, and transporting inventory to designated areas. This role is critical to our operational flow, ensuring that goods are handled with care and precision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe forklift operation and a strong understanding of warehouse safety standards. We value safety above all else and expect all team members to strictly adhere to our guidelines. This is a physically demanding role that involves frequent Lifting and requires a keen eye for detail and spatial awareness. - Operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and trailers.
- Perform pre-operational checks on forklifts and report any issues.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Assist with order fulfillment and shipping preparation.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, following all Safety guidelines.
- Properly use required PPE at all times.
- Valid forklift operator certification or license.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Knowledge of warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all company policies.
- Good communication skills.
