You'll navigate our expansive warehouse using RF scanners, locating and retrieving products with precision. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. We provide comprehensive training and all necessary PPE to ensure your comfort and safety . This role involves considerable Lifting of items and requires you to be on your feet for your entire shift. Responsibilities:
- Pick products from warehouse shelves accurately based on order tickets.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and confirm selections.
- Transport picked items to packing stations.
- Ensure accuracy of picked items against order requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to wear required PPE .
