In this fast-paced role, you will be instrumental in accurately fulfilling customer orders by picking items from our warehouse and packing them securely for shipment. This position is vital to our logistics operations, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and meet our quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Pack items using appropriate shipping materials to ensure product protection.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to general warehouse cleanliness.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and procedures.
- Report any discrepancies in inventory or order fulfillment immediately.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks to support overall Logistics operations.
- Demonstrate proper Lifting techniques and consistent use of PPE.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Familiarity with basic Logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
