We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the flow of goods within our fulfillment center, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic logistics operation and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory efficiently.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory locations.
- Pick items accurately based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety standards.
- Wear required PPE, such as safety glasses and gloves, at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform lifting tasks of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes within a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Must be reliable and have a strong sense of responsibility.
