We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a critical position that supports the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse and logistics center. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, operating warehouse equipment safely, and ensuring that all outgoing orders are accurate and processed promptly. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, with mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strict adherence to all company safety protocols. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise into appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize designated PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock takes.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting and physical exertion.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
