Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix, Arizona! This position is essential to our daily operations, involving the handling and movement of goods within our distribution center. You will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role is a great entry point into the exciting world of Logistics and offers opportunities for growth. A strong focus on Safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming warehouse stock.
  • Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently from designated locations.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety guidelines.
  • Wear and utilize all required PPE , including safety glasses and gloves.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements:
  • Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be capable of performing regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with general warehouse operations and inventory.
  • Strong commitment to workplace Safety and the correct usage of PPE .
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good stamina and physical ability to perform manual tasks.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
