As a Picker/Packer, your primary responsibility will be to accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders and then carefully package them for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy are vital to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining smooth logistics operations. Daily tasks include reading and understanding order tickets, locating and picking products, checking for damages, packaging items securely with appropriate materials, and labeling shipments correctly. A strong commitment to maintaining a safe workplace is essential, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following all safety guidelines. This position requires physical dexterity and the ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
