Job Summary:
We are hiring motivated Fulfillment Associates for our busy logistics facility in San Antonio, Texas. This role is fundamental to our ability to deliver products to customers efficiently and accurately. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of order processing, including picking items, packing them securely, labeling packages, and preparing them for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and is dedicated to maintaining high standards of Safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory based on order requirements.
  • Inspect picked items for damage and ensure they match order details.
  • Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outbound logistics.
  • Conduct final quality checks on all orders before they are shipped.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
  • Meet individual and team productivity goals for fulfillment operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar logistics role is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as operational needs dictate.
