We are hiring motivated Fulfillment Associates for our busy logistics facility in San Antonio, Texas. This role is fundamental to our ability to deliver products to customers efficiently and accurately. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of order processing, including picking items, packing them securely, labeling packages, and preparing them for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and is dedicated to maintaining high standards of Safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory based on order requirements.
- Inspect picked items for damage and ensure they match order details.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outbound logistics.
- Conduct final quality checks on all orders before they are shipped.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Meet individual and team productivity goals for fulfillment operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as operational needs dictate.
