Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Distribution Center Associate in Huntsville, Alabama! We are seeking dedicated individuals to support the efficient operation of our distribution facility. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks critical to our logistics chain, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products. This role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety protocols. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated candidates who are ready to contribute. You will be an essential part of ensuring our products reach our customers on time and in perfect condition.   • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to established procedures.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required for some).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock takes.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required.
  • Identify and report any operational issues or quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
