Your responsibilities will include conducting cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, reconciling stock records, and implementing procedures to minimize errors and loss. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a high level of accuracy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Manage inventory adjustments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in the physical organization and arrangement of warehouse stock.
- Track and report on key inventory metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to improve inventory accuracy.
- Support broader logistics initiatives related to inventory management.
