We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our operations in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage a team of dedicated associates, and ensure the efficient and safe handling of all inventory and shipments. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing productivity, maintaining high standards of accuracy, and fostering a positive team environment. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. You will be responsible for implementing and enforcing all Safety procedures, ensuring that all team members consistently use the appropriate PPE . While the focus is on leadership, some manual tasks, including potential Lifting , may be required. Your understanding of warehouse Logistics and best practices will be critical to success. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct daily warehouse operations and staff.
- Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment and shipping processes.
- Manage inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
- Implement and enforce all company Safety policies and protocols.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates.
- Monitor and manage team performance and productivity.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company standards.
- Verify proper usage of PPE and maintain a secure working environment.
