Starting salary from £25,000 + Quarterly Bonuses + Uncapped Commission + Profit Share. Earnings are totally uncapped! Our top achievers are earning over £90,000 per annum. Excellent Benefits Package, including a free on‑site gym.
8:45 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, no evenings or weekends. Manchester City Centre next to Victoria Station.
Role Overview As a Sales Development Executive you will build a B2B sales pipeline by making outbound calls and networking to small business owners. Using our salesforce system and your proactive approach, you will introduce our services around HR & Health & Safety support to SMEs across the UK. Your aim is to schedule appointments for field‑based BDMs to meet with business owners.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls/network calls to small business owners.
Utilise our Salesforce system and your proactive approach to introduce our services.
Schedule appointments for BDMs.
Build relationships with repeat attempts, extracting results from each call.
Meet daily targets that help you earn commission.
Work in a fast‑paced, consultative, target‑driven role that offers incredible rewards.

Qualifications / Success Factors
Experience in a sales role, in‑person or telephone‑based, selling a product or service.
Confidence in making outbound calls; no script, able to initiate conversation and ask relevant questions.
Strong personality; ability to build relationships over the phone.
Drive to work to targets; self‑awareness.
Aspiration to earn and develop a future career.
