Key Responsibilities
Supporting buyers and sellers through every stage of the property journey.
Delivering honest, informed advice tailored to individual needs.
Managing day‑to‑day office operations, including diary management, data input, and handling enquiries.
Preparing marketing materials, sales reports, and property schedules.
Coordinating viewings and follow‑ups, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Contributing to team performance, local market success, and exceptional customer care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive mindset with natural attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities under pressure.
Confidence using CRM systems, email platforms, and Microsoft Office.
