This role involves building the foundation for content strategy across the full customer journey, from discovery to onboarding, activation, and expansion. The designer will shape messaging that drives growth, working across marketing, product, and AI-generated content. Responsibilities include crafting copy to accelerate conversion and activation, developing content guidelines and systems, partnering on iterative testing, bridging product and marketing narratives, leading AI content training, auditing and evolving copy for consistency, setting long-term content strategy, grounding decisions in customer research, aligning design with business outcomes, leading cross-product initiatives, and fostering a culture of learning. Candidates should have 8-10+ years of experience in content design or strategy, preferably in growth or conversion-focused environments, with a strong background in B2B SaaS or multi-product platforms. Skills in crafting clear content for complex workflows, working in rapid-growth environments, balancing brand and performance goals, setting up scalable content systems, familiarity with AI-generated content, strong communication, mentoring experience, and collaboration with marketing and product teams are required. Familiarity with Fintech, Payroll, or HR SaaS products is a plus. The role is based in multiple US cities and Toronto, with expectations for some in-office work for employees in Denver, San Francisco, and New York.
