*Position Overview*
We are currently seeking a *compassionate and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant* to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a provider who values collaboration, meaningful patient relationships, and making a real impact in the lives of those living with chronic pain.
*Key Responsibilities* _(include, but not limited to):_
* Perform delegated medical services under the supervision of a Physician, consistent with education, training, and licensure
* Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
* Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop individualized treatment plans
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
* Provide empathetic, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment
*Qualifications*
* Graduate of an accredited *Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant* program
* *Active, valid state certification/licensure* as an NP or PA
* Experience with chronic pain populations *preferred*
* EMR experience *preferred*
