Are you a creative designer looking to make a difference? TPT is seeking a Graphic Designer to deliver engaging visual content across print, digital, and video platforms.
You Will Be Responsible For
Collaborating with teams across TPT to design and produce compelling assets, shape the TPT brand, and ensure accessible communications.
Creating assets for business, consumer and internal audiences
Designing engaging visual and dynamic content for print, digital, and video, including reports, presentations, banners, social media, and brochures.
Producing videos from concept to completion, filming, editing, and final production.
Advising and supporting on inclusive, accessible design and best practices.
Creating graphics, animation, and data visualisations (graphs, charts, infographics, iconography).
Supporting creative briefs and collaborating on ideas and impactful designs.
Maintaining brand consistency and communicating updates with stakeholders.
Coordinating with creative agencies when needed.
Staying current with design trends.
Ability to manage workflow and prioritisation using relevant project management software
Skills & Qualifications
Applicants should possess a higher education qualification or degree in Graphic Design or a closely related subject. Alternatively, equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Proven experience in graphic design (print and digital) and video production.
Ability to create animation, motion graphics, and accessible content.
Experienced in using a broad range of graphic design systems and technologies.
Strong communication and teamworking skills, able to manage third party creative agencies.
Possess a collaborative and innovative approach.
Able to evidence working to brand guidelines.
Experience of stakeholder management and workload prioritisation
Having experience of working in an inhouse marketing team would be desirable
