Aughton Fragrances, the youngest UK-based fragrance house, is looking for an experienced Global Sales Manager to drive our international growth. This pivotal role will shape global sales strategies, expand our presence in key markets, and build long-term partnerships with clients across the fragrance industry. This role is a step towards a sales directorship. What you’ll do:
Develop and execute global sales strategies tailored to fragrance and personal care markets Identify opportunities across fragrance segments including fine, home, personal and industrial fragrance Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and brand partners worldwide Negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships to maximize revenue and visibility Lead and mentor regional sales teams, setting clear KPIs and fostering collaboration Represent Aughton Fragrance at international trade shows and industry events What we’re looking for:
At least 5 years of international sales leadership within a fragrance house Strong understanding of global fragrance markets and consumer trends Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones Who you are:
