How you'll make an impact
- Rapidly call and qualify inbound leads from ads, website sign-ups, and events and convert them.
- Drive targeted outbound outreach to Talent Leaders, HR Directors, Hiring Managers within organizations, Staffing Agencies, and high-volume hiring teams.
- Run multi-touch sequences via phone calls (Aircall), SMS, email, LinkedIn, Clay, and Attio workflows to maximize engagement.
- Book high-intent demos on the spot and lock in confirmed calendar invites before the call ends.
- Identify decision makers, budget, urgency, hiring pain points, and ATS workflows to set up AEs for success.
- Partner closely with AEs to provide clean qualification notes, context, and clear next steps.
- Meet and exceed weekly KPIs: demos booked, talk time, response rates, show rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Master Ribbon's platform: AI interview flows, customer use cases, ATS integrations, and ROI story.
- Watch Ribbon ad creatives to internalize our positioning, tone, and narrative so your outreach resonates.
- Clearly articulate how Ribbon reduces screening time, speeds hiring, and improves candidate experience.
We are looking for someone who has
- Has 1+ years of outbound BDR/SDR experience in high-growth B2B SaaS (HRTech/AI is a plus).
- Communicates with purpose - concise, clear, and persuasive
- Has strong phone presence: high energy, confident, quick on your feet.
- Is data-savvy: comfortable with CRMs such as Attio, outreach tools (Aircall, , Clay), and reporting on KPIs.
- Learns fast and iterates even faster. Embraces coaching, experiments aggressively, and isn't afraid to scrap what doesn't work.
- Operates with high ownership: proactive, organized, and comfortable managing high-volume outreach independently.
- Is resilient, optimistic, and thrives in an early-stage, fast-moving startup.
