Our clinic is seeking a versatile , motivated , and energetic individual with the training for a position as a Physiotherapist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and providing treatment to patients using a variety of techniques based on their skill set and training. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing comprehensive patient care, assisting individuals in recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, utilizing your expertise to improve patients' mobility and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions through detailed evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to promote healing and mobility.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and industry best practices through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure or registration as a Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Certification as a pelvic floor physiotherapist is not necessary but highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with patients of all ages.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care, empathy, and professionalism. This role is integral to delivering high-quality healthcare services that enhance patient recovery and well-being. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $54,887.04-$138,692.44 per year
