The Project Manager will lead and coordinate multiple workstreams, engage a wide range of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, and support monitoring, analysis, and reporting of project outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, organizational change management expertise, and experience delivering complex initiatives in healthcare environments
Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of business transformation and system improvement initiatives
Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities
Engage and collaborate with clinical leadership, frontline providers, and operational stakeholders
Facilitate requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Lead organizational change management activities including readiness assessments and adoption planning
Coordinate data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports to assess project impacts
Ensure alignment with best practices, quality standards, and project governance
Monitor post-implementation outcomes and recommend continuous improvement actions
Required Qualifications :
Valid Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certificationAvailability for the full contract duration
Required Experience:
10+ years leading cross-functional teams in business transformation initiatives (analysis, design, implementation)
5+ years leading organizational change management activities and readiness assessments
5+ years leading business transformation initiatives including adoption of best practices and post-implementation monitoring
5+ years working with clinical stakeholders to elicit and document requirements in a healthcare setting
1+ year implementing technology solutions in healthcare (requirements gathering, process flows)
1+ year analyzing and implementing business architecture and strategic roadmaps for acute care facilities, including executive-level engagement
