Èlephante Scottsdale, a high-profile, upscale, high-volume restaurant, is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead day-to-day front-of-house operations. • Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily front-of-house operations.
• Lead by example to uphold the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to deliver consistent, warm, and attentive guest experiences.
• Manage floor operations to maintain flow, efficiency, and exceptional guest engagement.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless coordination across all departments.
• Assist in managing financial performance including labor, operating costs, and profitability goals.
• Handle guest relations and service recovery with confidence and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Be prepared to step into the GM role when the opportunity arises.

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Proven success managing large teams in dynamic, fast-paced operations.
• Strong financial understanding of labor management, sales forecasting, and cost control
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Calm, composed, and effective under pressure.
• A leader who inspires accountability, collaboration, and respect.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ambition and readiness to assume General Manager responsibilities quickly.
