Water Mitigation Project Manager

RestoPros of MetroWest is a water, mold, smoke, and fire mitigation company that servicing homes and businesses between Boston and Worcester. We are looking for an experienced (3+ years) Water Mitigation Project Manager, with prior experience in the restoration business.

The preferred candidate must commute daily to our office in Sudbury, and live within 30 minutes of the office. Must be a licenesed driver with a clean record. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with a rotating weekend call schedule. This is a daily, in-person position at our office, with visits to job sites conducted daily.

Experience:

• 3+ years experience as a water mitigation project/mitigation manager, or lead water restoration technician
• IICRC WRT certification
• Experience managing multiple projects at once
• Experience managing customer experience
• Attention to detail; ability to complete paperwork in a timely manner
• Clean drivers license mandatory

Job Description

• Oversee and manage water and mold mitigation jobs from start to finish
• Be the point of contact for customers throughout all stages of the mitigation process. Communicate with customers daily.
• Inspect losses; document the job.
• Schedule appointments for inspections, demolition, pick ups. Be logistically savvy - know how to effectively schedule multiple jobs at once
• Communicate job expectations with multiple crews. Explain the scope of work, oversee the job, work alongside crews when needed.
• Coordinate job specific tasks, dumpsters, subcontractors, etc.
• Review paperwork, scope sheets, photo reports to ensure accurracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
