Responsibilities:

• Treat geriatric and/or pediatric patients in their homes within Manhattan County.
• Create and execute personalized care plans that debunk the myth that home care is "low skill."
• Submit clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate openly with the leadership team—we want to hear your ideas and feedback.

Qualifications:

• License: Valid NY State Speech Therapy License (required).
• Education: Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Speech Therapy.
• Experience: New grads welcome We invest in training the right people.
• Transport: Reliable ability to travel to patient homes in Manhattan County.
