Manufacturing Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvements, optimize production, and support high-quality, mission-critical manufacturing. This role works closely with engineering, production, and cross-functional teams to improve metrics, refine processes, create documentation, and ensure products are built safely, efficiently, and to spec. A strong passion for process improvement is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process stability and systemic improvements using measurement, analysis, and process controls
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and SOPs
• Troubleshoot product, process, and equipment issues and implement preventive actions
• Create/update engineering drawings, procedures, and documentation; support change management
• Support failure investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Perform other related duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical field
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (Inventor preferred; SolidWorks acceptable)
• Mechanical aptitude with understanding of GD&T and tolerance analysis
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical/problem-solving abilities
• Experience with data measurement, statistical analysis, and reporting
• Familiarity with validation methods (PPAP, IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Knowledge of automated assembly equipment
• Experience with CNC equipment/programming (HAAS, Mazak, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105, $115,000.00 per year
