Overview
This position is responsible for the production of several projects at a time. This includes, but is not limited to, developing project schedules, coordinating file transfers, coordinating the production of project materials, shipping of files, as well as archiving of files and printed materials, coordinating between vendor(s).

Responsibilities

· Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information

· Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

· Ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves

· Coordinate project management activities

· Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes

· Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

· Help prepare budgets

· Analyze risks and opportunities

· Oversee project procurement management

· Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

· Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

· Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers

· Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures

· Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

· Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Requirements

· The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.

· Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

· Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.

· Standing: Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time.

· Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.

· Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and making fine discriminations in sound.

Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field

· Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

· Experience in project management, from conception to delivery

· An ability to read blue prints as well as prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans

· Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

· Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

· Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

· Review project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

· A positive team-member, who listens to others' opinions, accepts and uses suggestions for improvement and contributes to the team effort.

· Must display sophisticated writing and interpersonal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.

· Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.

· Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49, $64,900.00 per year
