Job Summary
We are looking for a server on our 3pm-11pm shift. Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Whether guiding guests through menu selections or managing multiple tables with efficiency, your enthusiasm will elevate the atmosphere of our vibrant establishment. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Manage table settings, bussing, and sanitation to uphold cleanliness and food safety standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Assist with food preparation, food handling, and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements
• Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns swiftly and professionally
• Follow all sanitation, food safety, and alcohol service regulations in accordance with industry standards

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Strong culinary knowledge and understanding of food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
• Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/host roles, or related hospitality positions preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food industry practices
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: $ $34.57 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
