Summary

We are seeking a Janitorial Supervisors to join our team at Flagship Facility Services LLC. In this role, you will oversee custodial operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met across facilities. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all building occupants. We are hiring for 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm) & 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) ONLY.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff and manage daily operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures tailored to facility needs.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Train and mentor custodial staff on best practices in cleaning and safety protocols.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff.
• Coordinate with facility management to address any maintenance or repair needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in custodial or facilities maintenance roles, preferably in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and clients.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with custodial duties.
