Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser/Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their food promptly and efficiently and have their area maintained during service, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff.

Duties

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
• Assist in cleaning and bussing tables to maintain a tidy dining environment.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Handle food items safely, adhering to all food handling guidelines and hygiene standards.
• Support catering events as needed, ensuring that all food service requirements are met.
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding their orders and any special requests.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas during service hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.
